Having been a leader myself in fast paced, demanding organisations where only the best is expected, I can empathise first hand with the challenges you are faced with. I come from a place of having real-time and real-life experiences that have shaped who I am as a leader. I have made mistakes and learnt from them.

As each leader is different, it is my endeavour that I understand your context and work through the approach that best fits you. My approach is very hands on and experiential, rather than theoretical. In the first introductory call, we will focus on validating if I would be the right Coach for you and your situation.
