Having been a leader myself in fast paced, demanding organisations where only the best is expected, I can empathise first hand with the challenges you are faced with. I come from a place of having real-time and real-life experiences that have shaped who I am as a leader. I have made mistakes and learnt from them.

My approach is very hands on and experiential, rather than theoretical. In the first introductory call, we will focus on validating if I would be the right Coach for you and your situation.
