The underrepresentation of women across middle and senior levels of the corporate pipeline no matter their race or ethnicity is what has triggered this dedicated offering. Especially in business, commercial and growth-related roles, where there is a dearth of female leadership. We face many obstacles to our advancement, although there has been some progress, it is not enough. While we cannot control the external factors, it is up to us to invest in ourselves. Why GroWorth?
Being an Asian woman (and mum) who has exposure to International NED, business and growth leadership roles. I understand first-hand the challenges you may be faced with as well. I am equally frustrated by the underrepresentation of women across the table for far too long. I feel compelled to give back by supporting other women on their paths. So, if you are thinking about what you should do next, how you should approach certain situations, how you can manoeuvre the organisational political landscape, how to influence and win the support of your female and male peers, how your voice can be heard in the board room and how you can effectively manage home, work and your passions. I would like to help you. With over 15 years of international coaching and mentoring experience and an Executive Master in Change degree from INSEAD, a robust programme that focuses on both organisational and interpersonal psychodynamics, I believe I have the right grounding and foundation to be able to support you.
Approach
I believe that every woman is unique; therefore, it is my endeavour that I understand you, your context and work through the approach that best fits. My approach is very hands on and experiential, rather than theoretical. In the first introductory call, we will focus on validating if I would be the right Coach for you and your situation. Once we both agree, I will work with you with an absolute aim to see you unlock your potential and help you shine.
